Food & Beverage Server

St. Charles Country Club is seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Servers. If you are looking to develop your skills in the hospitality industry, enjoy making people happy, and want to be part of a tight knit team, this may be the position for you!

The successful candidates will be highly focused on providing an exceptional Member & Guest experience across all areas of service including upscale casual dining, fine dining, and special events. Candidates must be available to work daytime and evening shifts Monday through Friday as well and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all Members & Guests in a friendly, courteous, and prompt manner.
• Execute service in a variety of formats including a la carte dining and special events.
• Setup dining spaces at outlined on the BEO and complete teardown after service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Food & Beverage menus and use that information to provide suggestions and pairings.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system. Deliver food and all required service items to tables.
• Routinely check in with tables and ensure any issues or concerns are quickly resolved.
• Prepare a variety of beverages including spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Bus and sanitize tables. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all workspaces and public areas.
• Restock inventory and service items as required.
• Performs all other tasks as deemed necessary for the success of the Food & Beverage department.
