Food & Beverage Coordinator

```Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of event execution and food quality along with safety.

Being a key member in our venue, executing weddings and events will be a major part of your role. But you will also be assisting in other functions and curating member activities.

Duties:

- Lead a team of food and beverage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

- Oversee event execution and staff

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure quality standards are met

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry

- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including point-of-sale systems, food safety protocols, and food preparation techniques

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Proven track record of achieving financial targets while maintaining high standards of quality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
