Forklift Operator

Duties:
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Use a warehouse management system to track inventory and orders
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently using order picking techniques

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order picking
- Mechanical knowledge to perform equipment checks and minor maintenance

This position requires heavy lifting, so candidates must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Forklift operators should also have good communication skills, as they may need to interact with other team members or supervisors.
