Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate

Job description

Job functions include:

• Picking, packing, palletizing.
• Shipping/Receiving
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Unloading/loading trucks and containers.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Dedicated to providing superior customer service and quality focused
• Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable, high energy, and self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
• Accurately process inventory shipments.
• Accurately prepare and maintain records of shipments
• Back-Up main forklift operators
• Must have 5+years of forklift experience
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills; including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Inventory Management Systems (I3S & PESA).
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Previous forklift experience a must.

• Forklift: 5 years (preferred)

• Class 5 Licence (preferred)

• Barrie, ON L4N 3V7: Relocate before starting work (required)
