Champion Gym is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for the operation of the facility primarily during evenings and weekends (some day shifts available). You will greet customers, keep the gym clean, and sell memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all members and guests feel welcome and valued.
- Assist with gym check-ins, membership inquiries & sales, and class registrations.
- Perform daily cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our gym's schedule.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all members, with a strong focus on child safety.
- Collaborate with other staff to support gym operations and events.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- An athletic background or a passion for martial arts and fitness.
- Customer service experience.
- Must genuinely enjoy working with children and have the patience to engage with them.
- An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic gym environment.
- Strong safety consciousness, particularly when working with kids.
- Willingness to undergo a vulnerable sector/criminal record check as a requirement of the role.
