Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who has excellent communication skills, is friendly, enthusiastic, organized, reliable, and likes interacting with patients. Our clinic offers chiropractic and massage therapy services. Previous chiropractic office experience or Front Desk experience is preferred. Knowledge in sales, marketing, social media, and creating newsletters is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and take messages
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Maintain patient records and update necessary information
• Direct billing insurance companies and collect payments
• Recalls
• Manage social media and create monthly newsletters
• Daily cleaning duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working at a Front Desk is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Punctual and reliable

Hours:

Approximately 20 hours per week

Monday: 2pm to 7pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 3pm to 8pm

Friday: 8:30am to 2pm
