SalaryOne of our practices in Halifax, Bayer's Lake area, is looking for a full-time Receptionist! We are searching for a sociable, hard-working individual, who is looking to join a team of experienced professionals and develop their skills.
Job Duties
- Warmly greet patients and answer any questions they may have
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, while filling in cancellations and no shows
- Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee all patient financial arrangements/payment plans, ensure proper billing and collection procedures
- Provide daily, bi-weekly and monthly reports
