Front Desk Representative

Responsibilities

• Work at the Front Desk answering general customer enquiries via telephone and in person
• Speak with potential customers and provide explanations on all services offered by the BMO Centre
• Take bookings for field rentals and enter them into our electronic scheduling system
• Take payments for rentals as well as player and league registrations using debit and credit machines
• Set-up rooms for meetings and community events
• Field preparation including raising and lowering of the netting and general maintenance
• Light custodial duties as required during the evening hours
• Computer Knowledge a must
• Evening Hours and Weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
