We are looking for a professional and outgoing Front Desk Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones and providing information about the gym and its services. The candidate will also be responsible for the handling of food and beverage and providing knowledge on products sold in house. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer inquiries from guests regarding the gyms services.
• Handling membership inquries and issues.
• Process payments for members accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and gym floor.
• Answer any incoming phone calls.
• Handling food and beverages for guests.
• Touring guests around the facility.
• Lifting up to and including 50lbs
• Stocking shelves

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.80-$18.00 per hour
