Comfort Inn St Thomas has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organized professional to join our dynamic team. Job Duties:
· Manage online reservations and phone reservations. Inform customer about payment methods and verify their credit card data
· Perform all check-in and check-out
· Welcome Visitors/Guest professionally and determine the purpose of their visit
· Provide information about the room rates, availability and hotel amenities
· Maintain updated record of payments and receipts
· Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
· Liaise with the housekeeping staff to ensure all the rooms are clean and tidy for the guests’ accommodation
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
· Ultimately you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guest
Job Requirements:
· Professionalism and understanding of the hospitality industry.
· Confidence in dealing with the public, able to think and react quickly
· Strong Customer Service Skills
· Good computer skills able to learn new program
· Must be available to work a variety of shifts including Afternoons, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From $17.55 per hour

Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
