Front Of House Team Member

We are a family-owned business in St. Catharines looking to fill 2 Front of House Staff positions. Although we have only been open since August, 2022, we have already made an impact on the community and the word has spread. What is The Course and The Clubhouse?:

- Indoor golf facility with a full-service restaurant and bar
- 5 HD Golf Simulators
- 20 Beer taps including 10 rotating craft beer lines
- Full kitchen specializing in elevated pub food

We are looking for someone with bar/restaurant experience that can work with a small team of staff. The ideal candidate would have previous serving experience and the confidence to step into this role and act professionally and work well with an already established team. The right candidate will be able to give great customer service and keep their cool while working with the team to create an excellent experience for our guests in a very fast-paced environment. Teamwork, communication, cleanliness, and a positive attitude are a must as we wish to continue maintaining a healthy work environment for both our staff and guests.

Availability: We are looking to fill full-time positions (4-5 shifts per week) and require a candidate that has open availability and a flexible schedule. We are looking to fill a variety of shifts as we step into our busy season which will include day shifts (starting as early as 10am) and evening/night shifts (closing as late as 2am).

Compensation: We run a tip-pool system for all FOH staff on a shift-by-shift basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour
