Front Of House Team Member

Ajisen Ramen is hiring for our Vaughan location! We are seeking a dedicated and friendly server to join our team. As a server, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience.

We strive to provide our guests with great food, great service, and a great smile!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations
• Process payments and operate the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
• Work collaboratively with other Team Members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Smart Serve a plus
