Full Stack Developer

Access Engineering Consultants Ltd. has an immediate opportunity for a talented Software Developer to join our team. At Access you will work collaboratively on exciting and challenging projects continuing to develop a custom ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software in an innovative leading-edge environment. We are well on our way creating a unique solution for ERP services in consulting engineering and we are seeking additional expertise to further enhance its development.

We are looking for a coding whiz with experience developing, deploying, and managing applications built primarily in Laravel (PHP) and React (Typescript). The ideal candidate is an individual who loves to solve problems, has a passion to learn, and enjoys exploring new technologies to stay ahead of the curve with continued learning and growth.

Position Description:

You will have the opportunity to:

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ Years proven experience as a full-Stack Developer or similar role.

• Proficiency in PHP and Laravel or similar MVC framework.

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and ideally Typescript.

• Experience with at least one library/framework like React/Vue/Angular.

• Experience with MySQL or similar relational database.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

• Knowledge of SQL and database design.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with using Git for version control.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Linux and Containers (Docker, contained)

• Familiarity with front-end development tools/libraries such as Vite, Tailwind, Storybook, Cypress etc.

• Good understanding of Computer Networks

• Passion for learning new tech and a desire to constantly improve and iterate

Compensation:

• $80,000-$100,000 – commensurate with experience
