FSI Landscape Supply is hiring! We are seeking an energetic, hard-working Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Sales & Customer Service Team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with product information and selection via in-person meetings, telephone, or email
- Conduct estimates on landscape materials for residential and commercial projects (training provided)
- Process purchase orders and invoices for landscape and construction material
- Assist management in the coordination of material shipments and pickups
- Handle complications, concerns, questions, and/or order discrepancies with customers as they arise in a professional and respectful manner
- Support other members of Sales & Customer Service Team with in-office tasks, responsibilities, and procedures
- Maintain inventory control of regular and seasonal stock items
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, external vendors, and Sales Representatives
- Maintain internal/external contact lists, and communicate with customers, suppliers, and external vendors to ensure list is kept up to date
- Maintain organization of the office and general office administration
- Perform various administrative tasks and/or support activities including but not limited to answering phones, recording messages, generating invoices, collecting payment, coordinating office courier, setting up appointments/meetings, ordering office supplies, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of administrative/office coordination experience and/or relevant combination of education and experience
- Basic quantitative skills and mathematical knowledge required
- Knowledge of landscape materials and industry terminology preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a strong ability to multi-task and set priorities under tight timelines, with consideration of changing order requests and customer needs
- Positive, go-getter attitude, with eagerness to learn
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively, and make informed and timely decisions
- Fluency in English is required

Please note that this is not a remote position. The chosen applicant will work at our office located in Brampton, where tight COVID-19 protocols and safety precautions are in place.
