Full-Time Office Assistant
Comforts of Home - Care is seeking an outgoing, service-oriented individual for our Office Administrative position. The position requires a personable, organized, energetic individual with effective oral and written communication skills to work in an interactive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clerical duties including data entry, daily filing, sorting, and preparing mail, faxes, and emails.
- Manage incoming calls and emails.
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Room set up and general maintenance of the office.
- Data entry of personnel and information of caregivers and clients practicing confidentiality of all information learned.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- A team player with a genuine love for people and making lives better.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in a warm enthusiastic phone presence
- Effective communication skills, speaking and writing.
- Proficiency using office and excel software.
- Competent typing skills of 45-60 WPM
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
