- Has a very high degree of organizational skills
- Works independently and takes initiative
- Has strong problem solving skills
- Is in the process of or has completed a University degree or College diploma
- Is able to accommodate flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
- Experience in a clinic environment is an asset
- Previous experience with Jane - Practice Management Software is an asset

Your duties would include:
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Answering phones & email inquiries, collecting payment, scheduling patients and providing information about our services
- Scanning, faxing and copying of patient documents
- Providing genuine care for patient needs
- Handling all clinic duties with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Storing electronic patient documents in a confidential manner
- Assisting practitioners in requested miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Occasional office cleaning
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the building
