**Job Description:**
We seek a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in any field and a strong passion for customer service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the veterinary industry, as full training will be provided.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Provide support to veterinarians and technicians as needed
- Uphold clinic policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
