Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Greet clients
• Manage incoming calls
• Answer voicemails, emails and text messages
• Manage the schedule – including scheduling medical appointments, rechecks, surgical procedures and emergencies
• Invoicing and billing
• Screening/triaging for service needs
• Document and maintain all confidential client information, service data and patient information
• Ensure all supplies are stocked the waiting room, reception and exam room areas
• General cleaning and maintenance duties

• On-site training will be provided for qualified individuals

Expected hours: 40 per week
