SalaryWelcome to Mountainview Animal Hospital! We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Receptionist to join our fast paced hospital. We are a busy two Doctor practice located in Georgetown, Ontario.
Our Receptionists are a highly valued part of our team, whose skills are utilized to the fullest each day. Answering the telephones, receiving our clients, maintaining the hospital schedule and providing support to our excellent clientele are some of the expected responsibilities. We provide a beautiful, modern, clean facility and paperless medical records.
Past customer care experience is necessary. You will work flexibly, covering an average of 20 to 25 hours per week. You will need to have strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to be organized and multitask, work well within a team, and have a warm and friendly telephone manner.
