Our ideal candidate should be able to multitask while prioritizing effectively. Your duties would include warmly welcoming clients and checking in their pets, helping to educate clients, processing charges, scheduling appointments and reminders, taking photos of pets and processing food and medication orders. You will also answer phones, address client enquiries as well as organize and maintain our filing and records. Some assistance of the veterinarian and technician with patients will be needed. You are comfortable working with computers and animals and have some experience working in a veterinary clinic setting.
