Responsibilities:
- Support a neurodivergent student with skill-building in areas of time management, organization and Mathematics.
- Offer interesting and engaging ways to explore a variety of Math concepts.
- 30 minute sessions x1/week to begin, then increased to 1-hr sessions x1/week. Potential for increased weekly hours.
Skills:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or tutoring setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students and their parents.
- Ability to follow curriculum and adapt to different learning needs.
- Patience and empathy to work with students who may have diverse learning needs.
- Organizational skills to assist in managing materials and resources.
