Job Description:
- Ensure that grounds are kept well maintained, beautiful and free of any garbage or debris
- Provide waste removal services aka "Pump Outs" at the guests sites
- Clean and sanitize public spaces throughout the resort
- Carry out routine maintenance and/or repairs on resort grounds
- Proper loading, securing of load and towing of utility trailers
- Assist resort team and contractors with siting of park model units
- Grass maintenance: laying sod, mowing, raking, trimming, fertilizing, watering and weeding our grassed areas throughout the resort.
- Tree, flower and shrubbery maintenance: spread topsoil, plant flowers, weed gardens, water gardens, prune shrubs and trees.
- Beach Maintenance: rake beach daily, ensuring that beach is kept clean of any debris
- Garbage Collection: collect garbage from resort bins and dispose of it in the appropriate bins
- Cleaning vacant sites: ensure lots are kept clean and free of debris
- Responsible for the safe operation and Maintenance of park equipment and vehicles
- Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored at the end of each shift
- Adhere to safety practices as outlined by the Ministry of Labor
- Perform other routine maintenance tasks as required
- Provide occasional coverage for resort store, processing transactions on POS system
- Two years of previous experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 30 weeks
Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
