Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome and direct guests for appointments while creating a warm and calming environment.

• Answer phones and direct calls as required

• Assist in managing the guest’s appointment calendar. This includes booking/rescheduling appointments efficiently based off of guest and service provider’s availability, communicating new appointments or changes with the team, etc.

• Achieving goals and targets in sales, service knowledge, and guest service.

Our ideal Candidate will:

• Greet guests with a welcoming and warm attitude in keeping with our company brand and reputation.

• Assist guests upon arrival, throughout their stay, and upon completion of their visit by directing them appropriately.

• Follow our professional business attire dress code and have a self presentation suitable for the beauty industry.

• Conduct themselves with professional verbal and written communication.

• Work well under pressure, handling stress with ease while maintaining a calm atmosphere.

• Computer knowledge is required as well the ability to learn our company booking software system.

• Must be available to work some evenings, holidays, and weekends.
