Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Richmond office team. This role involves a blend of client-facing responsibilities and associated administrative tasks related to logistics coordination. The selected candidate will be tasked with facilitating seamless communication between our head office and lodge teams to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a seasonal position based at our Head Office, in Richmond, British Columbia. Employment contracts begin in mid-May and will run through to mid-September.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Coordinate freight logistics, including procurement, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
- Catalog, organize, and prioritize all shipments and packages.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the front office and assisting with package handling.
- Organize and coordinate freight for flights, ensuring compliance with weight restrictions.
- Assist with guest departure and arrival at the YVR South Terminal.
- Maintain a high level of organization, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications and Assets:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Previous experience in logistics or coordination roles preferred.
- Possessing strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments.
