RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open and close Halfway House on golf course, serving guests and members to the standards set by Management
- Stocking of food and beverage in the Halfway House
- Produce food items to standards set by management
- Handle cash and charges for product sold to members and guests
- Provide resolution to any member or guest issues/complaints, as required
- Responsible for personal shift accounting procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must be available to work until November
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum of 1 year customer service/guest contact experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- A self-starter and team player
- Previous food & beverage experience is a definite asset
- Point of sale experience a benefit
- Basic golf etiquette knowledge a definite asset
- Smart Serve certification required
- Valid drivers license required
- Able to work in high demand situations
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

- This is a seasonal position with the start date depending on the opening date.
