Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Duties:
- Perform front desk duties such as check-in, check-out, and guest assistance
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy
- Prepare financial reports, including daily revenue summaries and occupancy reports
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain security by following proper procedures for key control and guest room access
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift

Skills:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel industry is preferred
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software is a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately perform financial calculations
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
