Role: Harvesting Equipment Operator

Are you an experienced operator of heavy machinery with a passion for precision and safety? We're looking for a Harvesting Equipment Operator who knows their way around bunchers, decking machines, loaders, processors, skidders, excavators, and bulldozers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our harvesting operations are executed efficiently and safely. Your Mission:
As a Harvesting Equipment Operator, you'll be responsible for operating heavy machinery in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your commitment to safety, equipment maintenance, and efficient operations will be key to our success in the field.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production planning, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Conduct thorough safety checks before operating any equipment.
- Report any deviations, incidents, or accidents promptly.
- Maintain company equipment, ensuring it's in optimal condition.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions as required.
