Heavy Equipment Operator

```Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of Heavy Equipment to complete construction and excavation projects. If you have a strong background in commercial driving and possess mechanical knowledge, we encourage you to apply. Our company specializes in residential heavy construction which typically involves foundation excavation, septic system installation and trenching. Employee's must have their own vehicle and proper PPE for constructions sites.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain Heavy Equipment such as excavators and skid steers
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals
- Adhere to project specifications and timelines

Skills:
- Commercial driving experience with a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Experience with septic installation is an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
