Historic Site Manager
Host & interpret the Beatty Heritage House historic site to the public. Aid in beautification & maintenance of the grounds, maintain the House in a condition for enjoyment of visitors & users, help organize and fulfill functions and activities, gather historic data, continue historic project documentation of the Society by going through minutes of the previous year to document progress on projects and activities. Possibly develop and deliver weekly history-based children's programming. Give tours and provide information on the site to visitors. Monitor the little free library on site. Candidates must be between the ages of 15 and 30 to fulfill the requirement of the Canada Youth Summer Jobs Program.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3.5 months
Salary: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
