We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and escort them to their tables
- Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials and promotions
- Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper table setup
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone reservations efficiently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
