```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of housing programs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient program delivery
- Manage a team of housing staff, providing supervision, guidance, and support
- Monitor program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
- Collaborate with community partners to coordinate services and resources for residents
- Conduct regular inspections of housing units to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities

- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and the ability to effectively manage financial resources
