What You’ll Do
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including screening candidates, conducting interviews and preparing offers
- Clarify business requirements to create job descriptions
- Act as the point of contact for staff on matters related to company benefits and HR company policies and procedures
- Onboard and offboard employees, assist with performance management
- Assist with employee conflicts and issue resolution
- Prepare HR reports and spreadsheets
- Other administrative duties to support the HR department
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources
- Great computer proficiency including intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), experience with ADP is an asset
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
