We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our team and support our recruitment efforts for the Call Center Department. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in HR recruitment within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle for call center positions, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and other partnerships.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for call center roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
