What is the opportunity?
The Analyst Intern provides support to various team members of Pension and Benefits programs globally for the financial management, communication, and amplification of RBC's internal programs - including the wellness programing.
The ideal candidate has an excellent command of MS Office, a flair for formatting, as well as strong interpersonal skills, and an interest in health and wellness. The Analyst will support the team in creating brand awareness and amplifying the benefits and pension offerings available for RBC employees.
What will you do?
• Performing research and providing answers for wellness inquiries
• Support the creation and distribution of wellness content to the organization via campaigns, web pages and social platform maintenance
• Contributing to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision
• Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals relating to benefits and wellness resources - using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Assist with projects, tasks, ad hoc requests which may arise

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2024 Student placement with a start date of May 2024, and end date of August 2024. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2024 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2024), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
