Hr & Talent Aquisition Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Duties: - Conduct talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately - Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems such as ADP, Kronos, ATS, Salesforce, and Workday - Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits - Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Support performance management processes by providing guidance to managers and employees - Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures - Assist with training initiatives and coordinate employee development programs Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - Proven experience working as an HR Specialist or similar role - In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices - Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Kronos, ATS, Salesforce, or Workday - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization - Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions If you are a dedicated HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success, we encourage you to apply.
