What’s In It For You

What You’ll Do
- Full cycle recruitment including overseeing onboarding, performance management, salary reviews and exit interviews
- Manage legal support employees including overseeing workflow, overtime, ongoing needs and special projects
- Lead development initiatives including training, co-op programs, coaching, conflict management and engagement
- Assist with budgeting for HR processes
- Plan and support employee wellness and social activities including campaigns and events
- Act as point of contact for all HR related matters, providing people-centric support
What You Bring
- At least 7 years of HR management experience within a professional services environment
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
- A CPHR designation is an asset
- Highly effective project management skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent technical skills with a results-oriented approach
- Good judgement with the ability to handle sensitive situations
- Effective communication skills and a pragmatic approach to challenges
