The Human Resource Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting clients with their staffing needs, which includes the attraction and retention of a talented workforce, as well as providing job evaluation analysis and assisting with employee relations issues. Guided by the employee life cycle model, the Human Resource Coordinator will work with and support the Human Resource consultant team to problem solve matters and ensure consistent and effective service to clients. As the institution evolves in our business, services and culture, the Human Resource Coordinator will continue to advance in service and support.
There are six HR Coordinator positions located across the province assigned to clients based on our school/division model. This client-based assignment allows the position to be located in any of our four geographic centres (Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Regina or Moose Jaw). The HR Coordinator position is part of the broader Human Resource advisory services team and includes three managers (HR Systems and Reporting and two managers HR Advisory Services), nine Human Resource consultants, four Human Resource assistants and four Human Resource analysts (team lead, data analyst and 2 system analysts) that report to the director, Human Resource advisory services. The Human Resource Coordinator will work on diverse tasks/projects to support their assigned client portfolios and the HR division. The HR Coordinator will report to one of the HR Advisory Services Managers.
