As a member of the Human Resources team, you will assist with administrative and generalist duties such as:
- Performance management
- Organization development
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Administration and documentation of policies and programs
- Employee relationship management
- Committee facilitation
You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers, by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business
- Experience in using SharePoint considered an asset.
- Previous experience in an HR environment considered an asset.
- Results oriented and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive in nature with high level of energy
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
- Experience with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
