Human Resources Manager
About the Role:
We’re eager to find a human resources manager who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce.
Position Responsibilities
· Recruitment, pre-screening, interviewing
· Maintaining candidate and interview documentation
· Creating onboarding packages and credentials
· Onboarding and orientation of new employees
· Participate in and support structured discipline
· Participate in and support terminations
· Seek advice from Employment Lawyer when required
· Conduct exit interviews
· Support Branch Managers and department heads with their needs
· Employee file maintenance
· Maintenance of annual sign-off documents
· Insurance licencing compliance and administration
· Co-ordination with payroll for new, changes and terminations
· Benefits Administration
· RRSP administration
· Update and maintain policy and procedure manuals
· Annual sign-off document compliance | Council Rules | Harassment Policy
· Support health and wellness initiatives
· Support the career development of team members
· Spearhead work with Employee Engagement surveys and follow-up initiatives
About You:
· Completion of a Human Resources Management Program
· Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Effective communication skills
· Solid time management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
