Salary The Workforce Coordinator works with Human Resources to facilitate the Regional Attendance Management Program (RAMP) and contributes to attaining the regional goals as it relates to absenteeism and workforce planning.
Tasks & Duties

-Coordinating the delivery of RAMP by addressing culpable and non-culpable absenteeism
-Working closely with unionized employees for continuous improvements in performance metrics
-Update and maintain department metrics, and compile reports for senior management
-Implementing disciplinary actions as needed, as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Canada Labour Code
-Partnering with Human Resources on projects related to Workplace Accommodations and WSIB
-Other duties as required
Education & Skills Required
-Post-secondary education in Human Resources and/or equivalent experience
-Proven customer service and people-orientated skills; dealing with diverse backgrounds, experience and styles
-Strong problem-solving, decision-making, detail oriented and organizational skills
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Excellent written, verbal and interdepartmental communication skills
-Ability to adapt with continuously changing objectives and methods
