Community Living Stratford and Area is seeking an experienced, detailed focused person to join its person centric developmental disability support agency of over 200 direct support professionals. This dynamic role directly supports the quality of CLSA’s services and works collaboratively with the Management/Administrative Team. If you enjoy the large strategic perspective while solving acute staffing issues and handling a variety of HR and staff scheduling challenges, then we have a great opportunity for you.
Ideally, the successful candidate has a College diploma in Administrative Supports with focus areas in Human Resources and Payroll. Experience with ADP payroll and scheduling software, as well as a solid understanding of technology is a requirement for this position. A proven record as a problem solver and equally as a Team resource lends well to the culture in which the successful candidate will be working.
CLSA offers a competitive salary, including extended health and dental benefits, opportunity for growth within the current role and beyond, a challenging and supportive work environment, flexibility in hours and the value of being part of a Team that make a difference in the lives of so many. A compressed work week which would comprise the need to work a weekend day would be a potential given the skills and talents of the candidate.
Thank you for your consideration and interested. Community Living Stratford and Area is committed to employment equity. If contacted in relation to this process, please advise the organization’s representative of your need for accommodation measures which must be taken to enable you to be assessed in a fair and equitable manner.
