What You’ll Do:
•Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.•Establish work schedules, self-assign tasks. Assist with maintaining all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, and systems in assigned facilities.•Perform inspections and repairs to property interior and exterior areas.•Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.•Conduct ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.•Obtains and completes required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.•Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.•Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
