Tractorland Kubota is a family owned and operated Kubota dealership with three locations in Alberta & Saskatchewan. Since 2007, Tractorland has grown from a staff of under ten to over seventy today. Tractorland proudly represents Kubota in its full line of equipment including lawn & turf, construction and agriculture equipment as well as industrial engines and generators.

Qualifications

• Licensed Heavy Duty Technician (3rd and 4th years considered)
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of heavy duty and/or agricultural equipment
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task to ensure repairs are completed within the required time frame.
• Proficient customer service skills with a strong work ethic to produce quality work in a timely manner to meet the needs of our customers
• Basic knowledge with required computers systems, e.g., Microsoft Office and CDK an asset
• Ability to meet all safety requirements and follow safety policies
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• First-Aid certification an asset
• Welding and fabrication experience an asset
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting of approximately 75lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing quality repairs & preventative maintenance services on Kubota and Non-Kubota equipment
• Performing fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for mechanical & electrical failures
• Comply with warranty procedures during repairs and warranty materials on completion of repairs
• Submit accurate service reports and technical documents promptly.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas following company policy.
• Provide support in shop repairs and other assigned duties.
