We are an Immigration Consulting Firm located in North Vancouver, BC, providing legal services. We are looking for a dedicated Immigration Case Assistant to join our team. This position will work closely with the Immigration consultant on a wide range of documents related to Canadian immigration matters, including temporary and permanent applications. The Assistant will mainly assist with communicating with clients to receive required documents, writing letters, filling out forms, checking documents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Requesting and reviewing clients' documentation.
- Compiling all information and documents required for the submission of permanent and/or temporary resident applications or as assigned.
- Following up on case processing until it is approved by IRCC.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Immigration assistant: minimum of 1-year experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Bilingual in Farsi & English (Professional/Advanced proficiency).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and with the team.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office and Adobe).
- Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication
