Looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our growing Immigration Firm. We are looking for a self motivated individual, great at working in a team, but also someone who works efficiently by themselves.
- The work to be done includes: filling out some legal forms, answering telephone calls, email, organizing the calendar and meetings for the Lead Immigration Consultant.
- Prior experience is not a must, if the individual is willing to learn and is computer literate: Word, Excel, Emailing, etc
- May have to do some social media posts as well.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Looking for someone part time or full time.
