In-Service Inspector - Pressure Vessel And Pressure Piping

Your mission:

Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent the primary responsibility of the In Service Inspector – Pressure Vesselsand Pressure Piping (ISI PVPP) is to support the Mondi Hinton Inc. integrity management systems with respect to Pressure Piping and Pressure Vessels.

• Develop and revalidate in-service inspection plans for Pressure Piping and Pressure Vessels
• Complete in-service inspections of Pressure Piping and Pressure Vessels as per the inspection plans
• Review and accept repair plans for Pressure Vessels
• Complete repair inspections for Pressure Vessels
• Supervise contract in-service inspectors and NDE technicians performing integrity assessment
• Enter purchase requisitions for supplementary in-service inspectors and NDE technicians for integrity assessment activities

Your profile:

• PESL seminar
• Preferrably current ISI-PVPP certificate of competency
• Current API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector certification
• Ability to read J-1 letters on standard Jaeger test type charts for near vision
• 2 years of experience as an ISI in a pulp and paper mill or petrochemical processing facility
• 5 years of experience in pulp and paper or petrochemical processing facility
• Proficient in all standard Microsoft Office software
• Willingness to learn new software
• Ability to effectively supervise contract personnel
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form with all levels of the organization.
