Your mission:
Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent the primary responsibility of the In Service Inspector – Pressure Vesselsand Pressure Piping (ISI PVPP) is to support the Mondi Hinton Inc. integrity management systems with respect to Pressure Piping and Pressure Vessels.
- Develop and revalidate in-service inspection plans for Pressure Piping and Pressure Vessels
- Complete in-service inspections of Pressure Piping and Pressure Vessels as per the inspection plans
- Review and accept repair plans for Pressure Vessels
- Complete repair inspections for Pressure Vessels
- Supervise contract in-service inspectors and NDE technicians performing integrity assessment
- Enter purchase requisitions for supplementary in-service inspectors and NDE technicians for integrity assessment activities
Your profile:

- PESL seminar
- Preferrably current ISI-PVPP certificate of competency
- Current API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector certification
- Ability to read J-1 letters on standard Jaeger test type charts for near vision
- 2 years of experience as an ISI in a pulp and paper mill or petrochemical processing facility
- 5 years of experience in pulp and paper or petrochemical processing facility
- Proficient in all standard Microsoft Office software
- Willingness to learn new software
- Ability to effectively supervise contract personnel
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form with all levels of the organization.
