We have an immediate need for Customer Service/ administrators to join or Loan Administration team. This position requires people with a high attention to detail, sense of urgency and the ability to use computer programs and software efficiently.

What will you do as an Inbound Customer Service Loan Administrator?
- Assess and analyze loan applications; review and verify correct documentation is submitted and matches
- Provide exceptional client experience over the phone, chat and email
- Apply detailed knowledge and understanding of company Policies and Exception Approvals
- Use computer software to grant approvals in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department
- Facilitate communication between applicant and Service Provider to ensure a proper client experience
- Provide reports and audits of existing loan portfolio
- Answer queries from sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for analysis and / or exception approval from the loan administration team
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Very strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong command of Excel with the ability to learn new software programs
- Excellent command of the english language with the ability to communicate instructions well
- Desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- Sense of urgency with the ability to perform multiple tasks
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday 10am-7pm
- Remote work available for the 1 Saturday shift per month
