We have an immediate need for Customer Service/ administrators to join or Loan Administration team. This position requires people with a high attention to detail, sense of urgency and the ability to use computer programs and software efficiently.

What will you do as an Inbound Customer Service Loan Administrator?

  • Assess and analyze loan applications; review and verify correct documentation is submitted and matches
  • Provide exceptional client experience over the phone, chat and email
  • Apply detailed knowledge and understanding of company Policies and Exception Approvals
  • Use computer software to grant approvals in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department
  • Facilitate communication between applicant and Service Provider to ensure a proper client experience
  • Provide reports and audits of existing loan portfolio
  • Answer queries from sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for analysis and / or exception approval from the loan administration team

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong command of Excel with the ability to learn new software programs
  • Excellent command of the english language with the ability to communicate instructions well
  • Desire to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to perform multiple tasks

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 10am-7pm
  • Remote work available for the 1 Saturday shift per month
