This role is taking place onsite at our St. Catharines office.

  • Competitive hourly rate ($20.43 base to start)
  • NOC Code: 62100 (Teer Category 2).

  • Sign-on bonus of $1000.
  • Shift premium for hours worked after 9:00pm, 7 days a week.

The language premium program is market driven and Accenture may amend, change, alter or discontinue this program at any time as market conditions warrant. To be eligible for the language premium, skilled individuals need to receive a passing score upon completing the standardized Accenture language testing and must be successfully staffed in the bilingual queues.

What would your day-to-day look like?

You can work with purpose daily experiencing the following:

  • Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service.
  • Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices.
  • Demonstrating empathy to customers concerns through multiple channels which may include email and telephone.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience primarily outbound sales.
  • Overall Work Experience: 3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience if a graduate of Sales/Marketing Related Courses
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BPO experience preferred.
  • Prior Inside Sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
  • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
  • Interest in expanding industry/vertical knowledge through training and certifications
  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of advertising
  • Experienced and excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling over the course of a relationship
  • Experience working with customers from North America
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills
  • Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence solutions mindset and helping nature.
  • Proficiency in computer skills
