Sales Assistant / Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Please bring resume into office in person.

Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Assist with proofreading sales materials for accuracy and clarity
- Maintain inventory of sales materials and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
