Inside Sales Representative

Your Future Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders as well as promoting and selling PBJ products to businesses and individuals. You will represent the company while assisting customers both in our store front as well as over the phone and via email. You will be responsible for building customer relationships as you provide estimates and complete orders, all while providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high level customer service including, but not limited to, product information, product suggestions or substitutions, and pricing information.
• Receive customer orders and inquires by telephone, fax or email and process orders in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
• Generate accurate quotations for our full line of products and provide follow-ups to customer requests.
• Provide customer consultation and adjust/modify orders as required.
• Prepare product orders for delivery or pickup to meet required deadlines.
• Keep up to date and current on product knowledge, applicable product trends as well as existing and upcoming promotions.
• Provide front desk and phone coverage, as required.
• Represent the PBJ Cleaning Depot brand in a professional and courteous way.
• Other duties as assigned.

You will bring to the Team:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
• Highly motivated with a self-starter attitude.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Willingness to grow through continuous knowledge and skills development.
• Reliable and able to work effectively on a team and independently.
• Effective prioritization, time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications..
